Permanent Printing has been an incredible asset for our company. The staff always responds very quickly and sets a very high standard for the final product. They perform pre-proof checks to make sure there aren’t any mistakes, expedite the physical print proofs as well as perform physical press checks that couldn’t be more thorough if done by our own creative staff. They do not hesitate to call if there are questions that must be clarified, preferring to resolve the issue immediately rather than wait another day for e-mail resolution. Overall, it has been a joy to work with them as well as an opportunity to cut our printing costs.

In 2004 I was introduced to Michael So of Permanent Printing Limited. I have been publishing books over the past three years and having another printer to choose from is always needed. Michael quoted a two books project and was very competitive. I decided to go with Michael and was very pleased with the experience I had working with him. In 2012 we printed a rather large double-volume catalogue complete with slip case. After much investigation, we selected Permanent Printing Limited to do the printing and binding for us. Throughout the process we found Stanley and all other staff to be very polite in all correspondence when keeping us very well informed of progress. The catalogue that Permanent Printing Limited did for us was excellent, it far exceeded our expectations.

Indeed, we were so impressed with the people and the job they did for us that we now source other projects from them! We are currently preparing for a reprint of the original catalogue and we will be sending it to Stanley to do again for us
